HOW DOES IT WORK?
- Customer to purchase and fully pay for an eligible product between 1.11.2024 – 02.12.2024
- Customer to visit the link below, to lodge your claim by 17.01.2024
- Customer enters all required information including the indoor & outdoor model and serial numbers to complete the claim.
- Customer uploads a copy of their Air Forced Air invoice and Receipt showing the purchase. Note: If the unit was purchased and paid by cash, this much be clearly displayed on the invoice*
- Claim is validated within 4 weeks of submission
- Customer will receive an email notification of claim approval
- The digital Mastercard®️ will be delivered within five (5) business days of claim approval by SMS to the Australian mobile number submitted with the claim.
- The digital Mastercard®️ must be activated within three (3) months by following the link to access the vault payments application via the App so the that is sent in the SMS with their digital Mastercard®️ activation code.
